When you participate in a Mitzvah Project, you contribute your time, energy, and generosity to your own specially-designed fundraising and awareness campaign.

Of course, we're here to help along the way. We'll brainstorm fundraising ideas so that you can pursue a project that's most meaningful to you and help you create a personalized fundraising page to share with friends and family where they can learn about your project and make donations online.

Mazal Tov on your upcoming Bar or Bat Mitzvah!  

Join other inspiring young leaders around the world that have dedicated their special day to something much bigger than themselves, coming of age not just by growing older, but by saving a life.

After selecting your fundraising goal and where you'd like the funds allocated, you can ask friends and family for donations in lieu of gifts, donate on your own in honor of your bar/t mitzvah or even host a fundraising and awareness event to spread the word.

Whatever you choose, we're here to guide you as you set up a meaningful campaign so that you can meet your goal and even exceed it! As staff, we meet with parents and children to discuss the project and to determine the most meaningful path for the bnei mitzvah, communicating every few weeks throughout the fundraising period. We're  also available to help brainstorm ideas for tying SACH into the theme of the bar/t mizvah including through decorations, divrei torah and video/slideshow. 

Following your campaign we will send you a report of the project that your donations helped to fund or the child whose life-saving procedure you supported. You will also receive a thank you from your local SACH team.

FUNDRAISE

At the time of my Bar Mitzvah, the opportunity to tangibly save a life was far and above the most significant justification of such a great cause. It did not seem fair that a child's right to life would be determined solely on geography, and Save a Child's Heart echoes this sentiment in their mission. [SACH] sees every child equally, regardless of religious, ethnic, or political background; the sign of a true humanitarian organization.
