Hannah (5), Myanmar

A few months ago, we received a Facebook message from a concerned father in Myanmar asking for our help. His daughter Hannah, just 5 years old, had a heart defect and doctors said she would need heart surgery outside of Myanmar.

Just a few weeks later we picked Hannah and her mother Rose Mary up from the airport in Israel and brought them to Save a Child's Heart!!

Hannah is the first patient we've ever had from Myanmar, making it the newest country we've worked with! Soon she will have life-saving heart surgery at Wolfson Medical Center, and we can't wait to see her feeling healthy.
